At Kaleidoscope Services, services are designed for individuals and couples who are ready to engage intentionally, honestly, and with a commitment to meaningful change. Pricing reflects the depth of care, clinical expertise, and personalized attention provided in each service.
Therapy Services
Individual and Couples Therapy
Standard Session (50–60 minutes): $200
This flat rate applies to initial intake sessions, ongoing individual therapy, and ongoing couples therapy. Sessions are scheduled for 50–60 minutes based on clinical need.
Extended Sessions
Extended sessions are scheduled in advance and reserved for focused or complex work. These sessions are not intended for routine weekly therapy.
- 90-minute session: $300
- 2-hour session: $400
- 3-hour intensive session: $600
Group Therapy
$45 per session
Group offerings vary throughout the year and focus on connection, healing, and growth.
Prepare/Enrich Couples Program
The Prepare/Enrich Couples Program is a structured, evidence-based relationship assessment and enrichment experience designed to help couples strengthen communication, deepen understanding, and intentionally grow their relationship.
Program Investment: $997
Includes two comprehensive Prepare/Enrich assessments, personalized assessment reports, and up to eight couples sessions focused on strengths, growth areas, and relational goals.
Best suited for couples who are:
- Preparing for marriage or long-term commitment
- Seeking relationship enrichment or a structured relationship check-in
- Wanting to strengthen communication and emotional connection
- Interested in proactive growth rather than crisis intervention
May not be a good fit for couples navigating:
- Active infidelity discovery or unresolved betrayal
- Ongoing high-conflict or emotionally volatile dynamics
- Situations requiring immediate stabilization or crisis support
Couples Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy
The Reconnection Intensive
Couples Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy is offered as a structured program rather than standard weekly therapy. This work is designed for couples focused on betrayal repair, emotional reconnection, and erotic discovery.
Base Program Investment: $2,000 Includes:
- Consultation and clinical screening
- Two conjoint assessment sessions
- One individual assessment session with each partner
- Feedback and preparation sessions
- One ketamine-assisted psychotherapy intensive
- One dyadic integration session
Ongoing medicine sessions and follow-up packages are available. Pricing for continued ketamine-assisted psychotherapy may vary based on clinical need, number of sessions, and level of support required.
Medical intake and ketamine medication are provided by a licensed medical provider and are not included in psychotherapy fees. Medical services are billed separately.
Who Intensives and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy Are Best For

In these situations, stabilization-focused care may be recommended before pursuing intensive or ketamine-assisted work.
Consultation Requirement
To support safety and clinical appropriateness, a consultation is required before scheduling extended sessions, intensives, or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy.
Consultations are available by request and may be subject to a $20 consultation fee. If you move forward with an intensive or ketamine-assisted psychotherapy package, the consultation fee will be applied toward your total investment.
Payment Options
Investment for intensives and ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is discussed during the consultation process. When appropriate, payment arrangements may be available and are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Professional Supervision and Consultation
Individual Supervision or Consultation (60 minutes): $150
Packages for ongoing monthly consultation or supervision are available by request. Supervision and consultation services are not psychotherapy.
Why Insurance Is Not Accepted
Kaleidoscope Services is a private-pay practice. This allows for flexibility in session length, individualized treatment planning, and protection of client privacy without sharing sensitive clinical information with insurance companies.
HSA and FSA funds may be used when eligible.
No Surprises Act Notice
Clients have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of care. The prices listed reflect standard psychotherapy services. There are no hidden fees.
If a bill is received that is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate, clients have the right to dispute the bill. More information is available at www.cms.gov/nosurprises.

How long are sessions?

No. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is not appropriate for crisis situations, active domestic violence, or unmanaged safety concerns.
